New line of bullet train 'Hokuriku Shinkansen' will open in March 2015

The railways JR East and JR West announced on Wednesday (28) that the new line of bullet train (shinkansen), linking the east to the west of Japan in less than three hours, will be operational on March 14 next year, as the public broadcaster reported 'NHK'.
Call Hokuriku Shinkansen, the new line will be an extension of the route Tokyo-Nagano, which was created 17 years ago. The tests began in December last year.
The line will connect Tokyo (east) to Kanazawa (west), on the Japan Sea coast.'s Trip will last 2 ½ hours, reducing the journey time by 80 minutes.
