The Prime Minister of Japan, Shinzo Abe expressed on Saturday (02) their willingness to increase economic and trade ties with the four Latin American countries that make up the Pacific Alliance.
"We will strengthen economic relations between Japan and Latin America further," Abe said in a speech in Sao Paulo, noting that Colombia would complete its network of trade with all countries participating in the Pacific Alliance.
The alliance, a forum for economic cooperation between Chile, Colombia, Mexico and Peru, was released in June 2012, taking Japan as an observer of the group, since it considers the potential supply of natural resources and foods.
